The aim of this online ILM programme is to create leaders and develops managers through qualifications, training and cutting-edge research.
These qualifications are ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing your abilities. This programme is particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. The modules on this programme will provide insight into effective management and offer approaches for organising yourself and your team, solving problems and managing stress and conflict, this Level 3 leadership and management qualification will give you the confidence to manage any individual, team, situation or crisis. An ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management is a widely recognised qualification that will provide to employers the concrete evidence of relevant Leadership and Management knowledge and skills.

On this programme you can decide from the extensive list of modules available, from which you may wish to study one or more modules Some of the modules are shorter and some are longer - how soon you finish depends on how much time you invest on a weekly basis. At the moment there are no physical classes to attend. All learning material is available to you in the form of video and exercises and your assigned tutor will be available to you from Monday to Thursday 9am - 4.30pm and up to 1.30pm on Friday.

Some of the exams can be taken online and some modules are assessment based (your tutor will advise when you have decided what you want to study).
